The success of The Shining led to the making of other similar films. There were a few “scary” movies that came out after The Shining and they were pretty good. Most people like horror stories and love the idea of seeing someone getting scared. That is what horror is all about. It’s a great escape for most people, so they don’t mind adding a little more to it.

I guess one could say that Deadwood is the show everyone knows. It is based on a town in Louisiana and the series focuses on the many adventures of the main character, Frank “The Mouth” Colby. The entire town and show have a dark and gritty feel and the whole thing has been very interesting for many viewers. One of the scariest moments in the show was when Colby went crazy and killed a lot of people to get his hands on a valuable copper wire. It was very graphic and it is something that must be seen to be believed.

The Twilight Saga is a great series made by the master, Steven Spielberg. This show made a huge impact on people and it took off very fast. The series focused on the main character, Edward Cullen, and followed his journey from high school until he went on the road with Bella to find a person that she will marry. It was very intense and had some great set pieces that made it very entertaining.

Scary movies are dime a dozen these days. When you sit down to watch a film, you pretty much know what is coming. However, there is something about a movie like The Shining that is just scarier.
