A recent study found that very few Americans actually live up to the standards required for healthy living. The Archives of Internal Medicine study found that only 3 percent of American adults scored 100% on the four criteria of healthy living. Only 13.8% of Americans met all three criteria, while 34.2% only met two. The scores of women were slightly higher than those of men.

  • Find solace by praying, meditation, or praying every day, at least 10-20 mins. Meditation is good for the soul. It helps you deal with daily demands and can even lower your stress levels.
